 I have been a Physiotherapist for over twenty years and a Nutritionist for more than ten years. I have a passion for an integrated approach that includes not only treating a medical condition, but improving upon the whole life of the person. I have constantly sort to diversify the variety of therapies at my disposal by not only expanding upon my knowledge in Physiotherapy and Nutrition, but also incoporating Scenar Therapy, Stress and Lifestyle Management and other skill sets into the therapies and treatments that I provide.

 My present interest lies in the use of simple cost effective technologies such as web, tablet and phone apps to progress patient treatment in between therapy sessions. These, combined with more traditional aids such as written educational materials provide an important support for the treatments that I provide.

 During your therapy you should expect:

* A Comprehensive Initial Assessment including a New Patient Questionairre for you to fill out in detail

* The application of effective physical therapies, dietary advice, suggested nutritional supplementation and lifetyle advice as appropriate to the condition you have attended for.

* At detailed plan for your ongoing self care provided at the conclusion of your session or forwarded to you if a more detailed plan is required.

* Follow up as appropriate to further develop your intervention and self care programme.

Therapies that may be considered during your programme include:

* Manual Therapy and Massage

* Dry Needling

* Assisted Muscle Stretching and Neural Mobilisation
